My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the bright side, the service was friendly and helpful, making my time in Sorrento more enjoyable. However, the rooms left much to be desired with issues like mold and visible wear and tear. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to the main attractions, but the dining options were lacking in variety.

The room I stayed in was disappointing. It faced the sea with a view across to Naples, but it had issues like mold around the shower and on the shower curtain. Additionally, there were unprotected wirings over the basin and what seemed like napkins and tablecloths used as towels.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were simple and quite old but had a balcony overlooking the water. They were as pictured and nice, but showed signs of wear and tear. The service was top-notch, with staff that were really helpful with great English and the pool area was fantastic. The location was a bit of a trade-off as it meant being away from the busy downtown Sorrento but also required walking up a hill. The dining was average, but filling, and the facilities were satisfactory.
